Cancellation and Refund Policy
The Cape Ann Winter Birding Weekend Committee reserves the right to cancel any event and you will receive a full refund for any paid event we cancel.

If you cancel your paid event registration for any reason, the following refund policy will apply:
Cancellations made prior to January 23, 2011 will result in a refund of fees paid less a $5.00 administration fee.
No refunds will be given after January 23, 2011.
