Cape Ann Chamber of Commerce May Membership Power Luncheon
Wednesday, May 15 Join us to learn how Secretary of the Executive Office of Education (EOE), Matthew Malone, is working in collaboration with state, regional, and local partners to achieve two overarching education goals of the Patrick-Murray Administration: To ensure that all students have access to high-quality educational opportunities from birth through post-secondary education and how to close achievement and attainment gaps among different groups of students. As Secretary of Education, Matthew Malone directs the Executive Office of Education and works closely with the Commonwealth's education agencies - Department of Early Education and Care, Department of Elementary and Secondary Education, Department of Higher Education and the University of Massachusetts system - while serving as a voting member of the governing board of all four education agencies.
