Cape Ann Restaurant Week

The Cape Ann Chamber is delighted to once again promote Cape Ann as the premier dining destination on the North Shore. Restaurant Week 2008 will be from Sunday, October 19, through Friday, October 24. Last year's promotion was incredibly successful with 24 restaurants participating from all four Cape Ann communities. The overwhelming public response was measured both by the spike in Chamber website visits as customers went online to check out the menus and in increased patronage reported by the restaurants.

Each participating restaurant will offer a prix fixed, three course dinner menu for $25.08 (price does not include beverage, tax or gratuity). Dinner will include an appetizer or salad, three entrée choices, and dessert. Cape Ann Restaurant Week -- Featuring Twenty Restaurants

The Cape Ann Chamber of Commerce is planning the region's first annual Restaurant Week, October 14 -19. During this special week, diners from all over the North Shore can enjoy a three-course dinner, including appetizer or salad, choice of entree, and dessert for one low price of $24.07 (not including beverage, tax or gratuity) at over 20 participating restaurants. With the support of Ryan & Wood Distilleries and media sponsors Cape Ann Beacon and North Shore 104.9, the six-day event will spotlight the diversity and high quality of dining options available on Cape Ann.

The response from the restaurant community to this exciting promotion has been very strong, with representation from all four Cape Ann communities. Participants include Alchemy Café & Bistro, Beach Street Bistro, Cala's Restaurant, Captain Carlo's, Coast Line Grille, Elliott's at the Blackburn, Franklin Cape Ann, The Gloucester House, The Grand Cafe at the Emerson Inn, The Greenery, JR's Route 22, La Trattoria & Pizzeria of the West End, The Landing, Lobsta Land, The Manor Inn & Steakhouse, My Place by the Sea, Passports, Periwinkles, The Village, and Windward Grille.
